house. This deposit will be returned, less the cost of water and electric,
The deposit should be paid in cash or if the tenant prefers the deposit can
be invoiced together with the rent
Terms of payment:
50% deposit to be paid upon booking
Full payment to be made if book less than 45 days prior arrival
