Sequoia
complex is situated in the famous ski resort Borovets, 60km
to the south of the capital Sofia. Sread over 9,000m2, 1km away
from the very centre of the resort, the complex is located only
50m from the bottom station of new gondola which is part of
the Super Borovets Project.
The distance to the main road Borovets-Plovdiv is only 30m.
In
the summer time the Sequoia complex is the starting point for
many hiking routes up into the Rila Mountain like Black Rock
tour, Chakur Voivoda chalet, Maritca lakes and others. There
will be a shuttle bus service provided by the developer to the
gondola station in the centre of the resort.

Space is used in an optimal way, taking up a minimal percentage
of common spaces. The apartments are offered on a level of
building completion that allows for further interior development
according to the individual taste of the owner. There is a
panoramic view of the Rila mountain.
All residential sections have an entrance separate from the
offices and a luxuriously completed lobby. Security is implemented
when entering the building, as well as constant video-surveillance.
