Faja has become a very popular area, for Portuguese American and Canadian immigrants especially, to own summer homes and, as such, has quite a multi-national community. It is a beautiful area, sitting beneath dramatic cliffs, with some delightful walks nearby and a volcanic sand beach.
The house was built in 1998, by the current Canadian owners. They have used it every summer since then and kept it in immaculate condition.
The accommodation comprises one bedroom, a bathroom, sitting room, with double doors to a small balcony, a kitchen/diner and garage below. The driveway is lined with well-kept beds of flowers and shrubs.
